also ‘just waiting’ and it will self-resolve is not true… I have screen recording of many times this has happened. I gave the game ID you asked for and then you ask for ticket number without telling me where I find that. No one has given me a ticket number. many posts indicate others have been having the same problem but…

Thank you for sharing your experience. I have tried that without success. I kept the game open for so long, waiting for it to correct itself, that it just closed on its own. … while frozen!
