I just posted a message about 20 minutes ago stating my chocolate box disappeared. Now since I have been playing the game it reappeared with the error "server could not connect"

My chocolate box disappeared after showing error "server could not be contacted" for over a week. How are other players getting the chocolate box to reappear.?

I have completed the steps above. The chocolate box still will not open. When I open Candy Crush to play, The chocolate box has an explanation mark in the corner. Then when I click on the !(explanation mark) it goes away. Then the chocolate box still will not open. It moves from side to side in a very, very slow motion.…
