Hello @WChristinaC the Chocolate Box not being able to connect is an issue that is affecting a lot of players. The same issue is also affecting Sam's Streak. At the moment there is nothing you can do other than let the timer run out and this will remove the feature from your events

The deluxe box showed up. I was on my second task, and it disappeared only to come back a few days later to tell me I didnāt complete my tasks. I donāt even want to play anymore if I canāt have a fair shot at this game. Itās been my go-to relaxing game for years, and I even spend money on it from time to time, I just donāt like to be told I failed when I didnāt even get a chance.
