Thanks for your follow-up Crazy Cat Lad. My father plays the game on both his samsung tablet and cell phone. The game id above is from his tablet. The problem is with his phone. Before his phone accidentally got factory reset, he was playing the game on both devices and the levels were the same as it was the same game.…

Game on both the tablet and phone are using the same yahoo email address. Hope this helps.

Follow-up: Some further explanation. I found out while talking with my father about half hour back that he plays this game on his phone and tablet. He takes turn charging one device while he plays on the other :). When I walked him through to get the game id/user id per the instructions you provided, he gave me the game id…
