Some further explanation. I found out while talking with my father about half hour back that he plays this game on his phone and tablet. He takes turn charging one device while he plays on the other :). When I walked him through to get the game id/user id per the instructions you provided, he gave me the game id on his tablet. Then he told me that his level is at right, high level on his tablet. So now I am puzzled. Let's see if the change your team makes also increases the level on his cell phone. I am hoping the game id is the same between his tablet and cell phone. Otherwise, I will have to walk him through to get game id on his cell phone.

Game on both the tablet and phone are using the same yahoo email address. Hope this helps.

My father plays the game on both his samsung tablet and cell phone. The game id above is from his tablet. The problem is with his phone. Before his phone accidentally got factory reset, he was playing the game on both devices and the levels were the same as it was the same game. When his phone got reset, he lost that link and when he downloaded the game again on his phone it did not have the same game id. The game id on the phone is 12258993172 and he is around level 40 now on the phone. How does he login on his phone using the game id from the tablet so he can play the same game on both his tablet and phone? He was able to play the same game on both devices before his phone got reset.
