  • Nothing you suggested is working. I am not the only one who cannot use gold bars or be able to use extra time. This is very frustrating. I cannot get passed 9907 until I can use both. Please help. Player support never responded.

  • I have restarted everything. I am also trying to connect my phone to my laptop and need help with that so I do not lose my game.
  • I think I need to communicate with someone. I play on my laptop on FB. I do not want to lose my game, but I am not sure what you mean by restarting the app.
