I think most of us - even the most experienced who have probably spent some money - need a good stockpile of hammers to continue conquering all the levels. And it starts again with the new game. I got to play twice and it’s frozen. I am asking again for an update from support. If this is something new - and it’s being done on purpose - please let us know. If it’s a glitch please let us know. Any kind of update would be appreciated.

My BGH is down to 8 hours and it did let me play once before it froze again. I was so excited because I thought the problem had been fixed - I think it just unfroze for one time when it changed from 4 days to 8 hours. Oh well.

It’s good to know that it doesn’t seem to happen only to those of us with large amounts of lollipops. I have cleared cookies, cache, logged out and in, hard reset my iPad - I believe I have done everything but re- install my game as I don’t want to lose all my boosters again - lost over 200 the last time I tried that. I’m curious if those of us who are locked out have a large amount of lollipop hammers stocked up. I definitely do and I also have completed all the levels so I played Bubblegum Hill all the time.

I too am still allowed to play Bubblegum Hill only or twice and then locked out until new game appears. Then allowed to play once more and then locked out. The last announcement saying they were looking into it was several days ago.
