my game is still not advancing and will not sync with my other devices. Any suggestions as this is very frustrating! i have contacted Apple & my internet and it is not a problem on their end. Need some help as I purchased 3 ipads for the grandkiddos for Christmas and don't want any problems. thank you
HI PummyRaj, thank you for the suggestions but i have already checked and do each day to make sure connected. here is an example, went to bed last night at level 8669 and woke up back to 8647. same on ipad and computer, so frustrating!! Merry Christmas
