It’s also greying out on my desk top

it did work to get me back to level 9625. I played the level once, but didn’t pass. Tried a second time and it greyed out again. So my level is now correct but it’s still greying out.

this is on my iPad. I also play on my desk top computer and it’s still greying out but it’s at my right level of 9625

but I have lost my levels on my iPad.

the reinstalled game seems to be working ok.
