  • Hi I'm new here Made it to the 2nd knockouts was 2nd got the reward was so excited but for some reason they did not advance me to the finals .I really don't understand why please if anyone can explain it to me I would be so grateful. I'm really so disappointed because I worked so hard

  • I'm having the same issue tried contacting customer service no help I really don't understand what happened. It's really frustrating when you worked so hard i really enjoy this game but I think I might give it up .all we want is an explanation so unfair
