I messaged KING and all I got back was a list of "things to try if your game crashes". UM, if the game isn't there, how are you supposed to do anything? Nice customer service for the millions of people who play their game...... NOT!

AND on top of that - they reduced moves from 30 to 20! Any video I have ever seen that they passed started with 30. Absolutely not fair.

Totally agree. I do not know why they feel the need to put these impossible levels in here. I swear they make you play for days - then throw you the "lucky board" and you pass without barely trying.
