Not agree with you this level hard really but less than many previous levels. I just pass this level you need ribbon bow that end with candy party poster (Gold Candy). My best chance for you to pass this level

from 7/1/2019 my ribbon ribbon bow party has stopped working not appear again, also free five moves that appear when i become close near to the end of the game also stop working please help me.
