Those of us using a Kindle Fire are having issues. I don't know what kind of device you are using but you can contact support if you scroll down to the bottom of this discussion and click on Contact Us
I contacted support and they know its an issue and they are looking into it. While its annoying, at least I am saving money and time for almost a week.
If you contact the help desk they'll tell you they know about the issue and they are working on it. I also cannot connect to the upgrades or shop from my kindle fire. I checked to make sure I had the latest update and I restarted by device but I cannot purchase anything. When it gives me the choice for extra moves it just spins and I know from this happening before that it takes a day get fixed.
I do not like it because my chocolate box is missing and my race against other players is missing. I also preferred to view the upcoming levels the old way. I liked seeing farther ahead without scrolling.
I am having the same problem as Pierre56. I did all the things kiara wael suggested and I still have the same problem. My screen looks exactly like what alienscar posted and in addition when I go to the shop its a black screen. I am using a Kindle Fire.
