Thanks for this message, but I don't experience this since January but I can advice you to re install if it happen again because I face this kind challenge last year

When this happen restart your game make sure you close all the open tap before you restart it

a lot of people having this same problems, the only way i knew is that make sure you sign in your Facebook account by using Facebook app after that open your CC and click on sign in by Facebook it will connect automatic that all Enjoy your Candy
