Okay, so how do I resolve the issue. It’s been going on for many months. I’ve done all of the suggested steps I found on other threads. Logout, uninstall, reboot phone, etc. Nothing has resolved the issue.

I don’t have any other King apps, so I haven’t tried them. Here’s the screenshot.

I tried this. Uninstalled and reinstalled game. Lost everything and still cannot purchase anything. I can purchase in apps in every other game, but not this one. I used to be able to with no issues. Please help me fix this issue.
