while I appreciate the apologies, there is no “purchases and gold bars” option when going to settings and then clicking ?. See attached. Really??? Please provide the proper “route” to contacting King. 🤦♀️
my game just updated and I was hopeful the fix to the season pass issue would be resolved. However it is not! When will this be fixed? You stated we don’t need to contact customer support but I’m not confident this will be automatically compensated if I don’t contact support? Update please
how exactly will we be compensated? And when will this be fixed? This is actually the first time I bought the advanced feature early in the week just because I wanted the 8 lives vs usual 5 lives as soon as possible. Very upsetting to spend the money and have this happen
they have definitely changed something. I had those 200 lives forever and then kept getting a notice about “once your unlimited lives are gone you’ll get new ones.” Now the lives are all used and I’m not getting any new ones from friends, of which I have tons. Looks like king is messing with us yet again!
so I updated this morning and season pass is back! However it looks like they have some other issues going on with the update. Anyone see anything wrong here? 🤔🤭
glad you got it back though I am not optimistic I will. I have no boosters at all left now. Sticking to my plan to only play when lives are available. Not paying another penny without Season Pass 🤷♀️
so… I went through the trouble of signing up for this community (again) just to comment on this thread. I can’t believe they took the Season Pass away. It was the one thing I would consistently purchase. AND I’d buy gold bars to get the up the chain to the top to pay that $2.99 for the boosters and free play. Seems like a…
