Thanks for the reply. yes i am aware of server issue. my situation is going on for most of this year. i play the game many times a day so i usually miss the reward in minutes if not under 1 hour! lol also even if i keep myself inside the game when we get the reward

Hello Thank you for being kind to reply. Yes i became aware of it last year when i first reported this issue. my team happens to get the 7000 on almost all occassions. so when we cross 6000 i keep a look out and sometimes we might be 50 or 100 or 200 short of total when i might have to log out of game as i might be away…

Hello Thanks for this great help. totally agree with you I never thought of it. But i have never got the team goal in over a year. i am sure team met target 7000. i think there is something wrong as i am getting other boosters etc but will check thanks

I am on Mac / Chrome. So i am part of a team. before when the team gets points/ etc i also used to get it when i signed in. Like get boosters and stuff. i had to change something in Chrome setting (now dont remember what i did) i had to do it bec of zoom. so anyway now i dont get a single point from team so my performance…

No I did not leave the team. i am a professional software engineer so i also know how this works. i am in the same team only. I had reset my settings due to some other issue. ever since this has started!
