Maybe clearing all cache in WiFi system apps will help. Go to settings, apps, manage apps, search for all WiFi system apps, clear the cache for WiFi linked apps, one by one.

@kiara_wael I have encountered this problem many times recently. I have checked my internet and there was no problem. It's so unfair, I spend so many of my boosters and yet they were wasted because of this issue.
