It should not be so difficult for players to let king know there is a problem. The lack of being able to communicate to and get communication from king sucks as much as not being able to play. Getting form responses is rarely, if ever, helpful. Customer service is supposed to help us have an easy and enjoyable experience…

For over a week no king games will load on my macbook. I have cleared all caches, tried multiple browsers and looked online for other ways to sign in. No addresses work to load the game.
