It should not be so difficult for players to let king know there is a problem. The lack of being able to communicate to and get communication from king sucks as much as not being able to play. Getting form responses is rarely, if ever, helpful. Customer service is supposed to help us have an easy and enjoyable experience with you.. Support should be more than just providing stock answers or it is not service. I give this feedback every time there is a problem and every time there is no change, no true help. We just wait and hope the problem is resolved.
Happy to report game is now loading and working via Edge and Firefox!!!
King.com website is working again today running Safari, on an iMac.
King.com website loaded this morning using Chrome, but is the UI is jumbled all around, See attached jpg.

Noticed King.com works normally now (noon) in Edge without me having to reset/clear browser history. 👍

Hello, again! I just was able to log in on my iPad2, using Safari.
I still have no friends on my game. When I send friend list nothing. Each level I pass I am the only one. I combine my king account and facebook and now I only have one level. At least if I had two separate accounts I had two levels but one had friends on the King account.
king.com is HUGE and fills my entire computer screen, shown in the picture here. when i try to resize, the text gets smaller but the big KING logo stays the same.

I see the same huge logo. The game is unplayable, yet again.
