Thank you both for your reply. I reached out to Candy Crush tech support. My game has crashed before and I never lost anything. It's just weird. I lost all my boosters but all my lives are still there. It's just weird., I never knew your game crashing would wipe out all your rewards.I appreciate you both taking the time…

@Elsa do you know why there is a possible to lose rewards and lives with an update? Sometimes I save life and rewards for extremely hard levels. So I do accumulate rewards. I usually get my daughter to help if I can't beat a level but I'm worried about losing my rewards Maldives with an update.
