Level 1
I was playing candy crush today and I had stock piled a bunch of boosters. 68 color bombs 20+stripe/foil,24'fishes and so forth. Oil selected to start my level with a color bomb and I also had the option to watch a video to get alone reward to start the level. I watched the level and got another color :-/ to start the level with. Before I could begin to play my phone died. So I charged it and got back on candy crush to find out all of my boosters are gone. Not just the ones you can use to begin a level but ally switch hands,hammers, spaceships. This is the phone that had of my boosters connected to.it I didn't accidentally deleted anything because my phone died and when I came back all the rewards were gone. I though if I watched a video for rewards it would give me one back. It didn't do that it just gave me 1 stripe/fpil booster. I would like all of my boosters back and for someone to explain how I could lose ally boosters because my phone died.

I suggest you perform the usual troubleshooting steps: log out / update game and browser / clear cache and cookies / restart device / log in This will probably bring you back to where you were with your reinforcements. It sounds like your game crashed when your phone died and that's why you lost all boosters. You can try contacting customer support and see if they will refund any boosters. Usually they only refund purchased boosters if you had any then definitely contact them.
Thank you both for your reply. I reached out to Candy Crush tech support. My game has crashed before and I never lost anything. It's just weird. I lost all my boosters but all my lives are still there. It's just weird., I never knew your game crashing would wipe out all your rewards.I appreciate you both taking the time out to respond to me.

When you contact the game's technical support, you receive an automated message, then you will receive a personalized message answered by a person, it is that message to which you must reply by sending all the information they request.

Hi dear. Its good that you have contacted player support. But do the standard troubleshooting tips by Log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again and check sometimes it helps in recovering missing items.

@nnyz_chocolate_peach Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself, so if your phone crashes the game crashes you uninstall or change phones, you boosters are not transferable / Recoverable. only if you have any unused purchased boosters can you contact customer support and they should help you with these

or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
