These issues are not my error. I don't want to lose the levels I have on my phone by uninstalling and reinstalling. But my laptop levels are way behind. The issue is on your end (not mine!). I know this because of all the other people having the same problem. That means it's on your end, not mine.

I have the same issue too. Wish they'd fix THEIR issue for everyone. It's not OUR issue, it's theirs. THEY NEED TO FIX IT

The issues in on THEIR end! We shouldn't have to resync or anything. Many people are having this issue. No one here can answer the problem though. They won't own up to the issue I guess.

Can someone here let me know when YOUR issue is fixed? Obviously this is not OUR issue since it's happening to mulitple people. The problem is on your end. When will you fix it?
