I'm troubled by similar problems. Whenever I get certain ads I freeze up. Rebooting does clear the screen but costs any lives earned but allowing the frozen screen to "cycle" itself at least will get me back to the point I was and I can access any extra lives earned. I have no Id that I can find. I do not have any sort of membership. My issue is happening randomly with three specific ads on Candy Crush Saga. One is an ad for a Mid-Isle Equipment.
