  • when the candy crush game changed into the Christmas version the app froze so I closed it and when I went back on and all my progress was lost. I was on level 952 and I’m gutted :( never saved the game stupidly but is there anyway I can get my levels back???

  • Still haven’t got my progress back, so I started again got to level 300 and the app froze again and now won’t open. Super sad
