I won this and have not heard a peep from King. Did you receive your gift card or an email from King? I’m communicating with them now, but apparently they need a screen shot of my win, which was not something they said during the game. I’m so frustrated!

Ditto! Did anyone actually get their gift card? I’m in the process of emailing them now. Apparently we needed to have taken screen shots, which is RIDICULOUS. I will update you all if I hear anything, please do the same. Cheers candy pals!

When will this be resolved? Every single day my events are missing!!! Is the race feature gone now too? Why doesn’t this company announce anything? We are all just feeling around in the dark! It’s such bad customer service. Every King game I play is messed up in some way or the other. Friends had had no events for MONTHS.…

Was this ever resolved? I am also unable to change or even see my profile picture in my games. I have completed all of the suggestions here and have not been able to see ANY picture. When I click on my profile in my setting on my phone where I play (iPhone), it opens the king website, but it’s a blank page that won’t load…

I guess this means I get no events while I wait for more levels to come out. I guess I’m done playing this game. Thanks for hour help.
