I participated in and won the "Gift Card Galore" event 2 weeks ago. It was said that the gift card would be emailed last week, but I have not / did not receive anything.

Ditto! Did anyone actually get their gift card? I’m in the process of emailing them now. Apparently we needed to have taken screen shots, which is RIDICULOUS. I will update you all if I hear anything, please do the same. Cheers candy pals!

Thanks for checking with us. For me, no, I have not heard back from Support or any other team member from King. I have not received the gift cards as well.
Do you have any instructions/tips on how to reach support via email? I just don't know how, otherwise I would reach out to them via email as well. My email is registered.

Let me know what is your Game ID and I will chase this for you and see how I can help 😉
To find Game ID:
Go to Settings and select My profile:
On your game profile page, double tap the King logo above...
...and voilà, the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
I have reached out to support with little luck, provided them with screenshots of winning, and waiting as long as they told me to wait with no help whatsoever. This is very disappointing.
