Thanks for checking with us. For me, no, I have not heard back from Support or any other team member from King. I have not received the gift cards as well.
Do you have any instructions/tips on how to reach support via email? I just don't know how, otherwise I would reach out to them via email as well. My email is registered.

To find Game ID:
Go to Settings and select My profile:
On your game profile page,ย double tapย the King logo above...
...andย voilร , the logo should disappear to reveal your Game User ID:
