I had the same problem for 4 days now. Finally was able to connect to store so I could update CCS. But there is still a BIG problem “unable to connect to server” can make moves, spinning wheel when spins the small circle showing not connected. Sorry your having trouble too. Mine says server error cannot connect to server. Trying to claim 30 bars but when I hit claim the circle spins on claim then same cannot connect to server. Also does same when using moves on a level, hit X and disappears to continue moves. When I hit spinning wheel for boosters never stops…

My connectivity is okay. I don’t have any problems with any other sites only candy crush saga.

Just an update, some one put a clue on my CCS screen. I followed that clue and I’m now on level 5011. Thank you Thank you and Thank you😀

I feel as you do, I’m on level 5000 and have been stuck on it for 14 days. I have asked anyone if they have passed level 5000, if so please give a tip or hint on how to crush the 5 tiffi frogs. The 5 never show up on the screen. I accomplish getting rid of the other 2 sections of items, but can never advance to level 5001…

Need HELP, I’m on level 2000 and STUCK. I’m able to remove the amount of squares and the other item. I’m NOT able to get rid of the 5 frogs that the number shows. I’m on level 5000 and stuck!! The only item I can’t get past is the 5 icons with the eyes. Am able to remove all squares and the other items, but no other eye ghosts or icons come out. Have been stuck for about 6 days. If anyone can give a hint on how to go about it
