@Gregg, I'm having the exact same situation you have right now in my J7 Pro (no Play Video button) but when It shows up, all videos play fine and I get the booster prize. Only ones I am getting right now are the ones I get when rhe Watch Ad button appears (not too often). Bye and happy crushing !.

Hi guys, I also have a Samsumg J7 Pro BUT the issue seems to have gone (at least for now). Booster videos have been playing correctly during the last 30 hours.. Hope it keeps working fine. Bye !

Hi everybody....anyone has experienced a solution for this issue lately ? Since yesterday, every video ad that has been triggered in my Android Candy Crush had played smoothly from start to end. Hope the final soltuion/fix has been implemented. Bye !!
