Why Am I Getting "Video Not Available" Error Message When Playing Most Bonus Videos?

I Keep Getting An Error Message When Playing Most Of The Candy Crush Sega Booster Videos saying "Video Not Available". I tried changing settings, clearing cache, cookies, history, etc. Uninstalling and reinstalling Candy Crush. Uninstalling & Reinstalling Facebook Updates. I also factory reset my phone. None of this worked. For some reason the booster videos work fine on my tablet and another phone. Please advise what needs to be done to make all the videos work on my Samsung J7 Pro phone.

    Hi Gregg, you are the first player reporting this.  Please try it again today to see if it works.  It could be the beginning of a new glitch.  I will keep my eyes open here for the next couple of days to see if anyone else reports this.

    Hi Elsa, Thanks for your post. I tried again today, and sometimes the video does play, but other times I still get the "Video Not Available" Error Message. In addition, there's like 3 or so other inquiries about this. One a week ago asks, "Why wont the booster videos play on my android tablet?" Another asks (also a week ago), "Why are the 'videos unavailable' that provide boosters for the game..??" And still another a couple weeks ago asks, "Does anyone else keep getting the message video not available". I posted this new thread since I didn't see a resolution in any of these other posts. Your assistance in finding a resolution is greatly appreciated. Thanks again, Gregg

    Hi Robert, No, Elsa answered once and has not again. Still an issue. I'm going to post a new inquiry about this.

    Robert, where are you seeing this video?  Is it just after you collect your daily bonus and the video pops up?  Or is it when you are going to play a level and you have the option of trying to get that extra booster?

    Hi Rrudolphu2, I've made several posts and am awaiting an answer from Elsa or anyone who may have a resolution to this issue...but nothing yet, still experiencing this problem.

    Thanks for the update/feedback Gregg. Really hope King could solve that, cause it is very frustrating and unfair to play Candy Crush wih this issue.

    Hi RRudolphu2, I agree! I wish I knew another way to contact them and inquire about if there's an upcoming resolution/fix to this issue!
