On 5/15/24 out of nowhere I have lost all my gold and friends but am somehow on the same level. I had over 230 gold and a ton of friends. How can my account be restored??? I bought a large chunk of gold amd it's gone and had many extra lives from friends.

This is what the my account screen looks like, different name and icon.

It changed my name to "Me" and shows as logged in.

It is not restored. My icon has changed and my name as if I was pushed an update that removed all of my settings except the level I am on.

Yes I hate this game. It takes up so much h time to load then when you fail. It's not like there aren't 100 other windows to click out of.
