I'm not entirely sure what you mean. I use candy crush through Facebook on my desktop and the app itself is downloaded onto my phone and tablet.

When I go to King.com and attempt to login it doesn't recognize my email and password. This is getting more and more difficult!

I know I should see it, but honestly there is no support option in the corner - only configuration which brings me to my profile

Now that I am logged in - I don't find the Settings/Account information. This is all I see: Notifications, Inbox, Bookmarks, and Configuration.
