Is there someone we can actually talk too about this?? I have tried contacting them but to no avail. I wish they were as efficient fixing problems as they are in taking our money.

I am in the same position. And to be quite frank, am sick and tired of these automated messages they keep sending on how to fix the problem. There is obviously a glitch somewhere that they are not aware of or simply don't care. Knowing them, they are probably blocking it so people buy more lives haha

I have not been able to all day!! I am in Australia, and it was not working when I woke up. Now, 6.39pm and still not working. Thought I would come on here and see if anyone else was having the same problem.
