There are a group of people (not fb friends) who i send and receive lives from daily. the last few days there is nothing. I would understand if one or two didnt send lives, but for the whole 6 people who send lives to stop all on the same day makes me think something is wrong. is anyone else having problems with the cupcake on power pops? when i activate it my screen just goes dark??? And frozen, yet still takes the items i have earned to retrieve it??

Hi, first time posting here. I am on level 4308 and there are things called power pops appearing?? I have a new one (looks like an ice cream sundae) which is supposed to extend your life by giving extra moves however its not working. Is there some sort of glitch?? am i doing something wrong??
