I will try to contact support. Thanks for your answer, I think my Treat and Daily Win calendars got the same error in the article (although they are on both my old and new devices, their data is not synchronized instead in there, they are reset to 0).

I'm sure I logged in with my King account before, I only logged in once on my old device and logged it out after buying a new device. I always connect to the Internet every time I play, so the data is not in sync and the loss of my account data is pretty confusing!
