I recently bought a new phone, after logging in to my account, I noticed that my account was:
1. Lose all the Gold Bars and booster items in the existing Inventory. I have to earn back from zero!
2. Account level dropped to zero even though I reached a higher level on device before.
3. All the levels I passed with the golden crown are changed to a regular pass (losing the golden crown).
4. I already have 5 Master Trophy but I don't get any rewards from it. Like: Not getting +10% score, not getting +1 lives (still limited to a maximum of 5 lives), the time to get 1 life is still 30 minutes, not get 1 extra move (That is I don't know the Master Trophy reward is cumulative?).
5. Daily Win, Treat Calendar was also reset to 0 (Day 1 with Treat Calendar).
The only thing that is still intact is that 60 gold bars are still stored in Piggy Bank (I haven't bought it yet).
How can I recover that data?

If you used Facebook in the game, then the levels are most likely saved on your Facebook account.
Try with reconnecting the game to Facebook so the game gets restored. If you have connection issues to Facebook, please head over here for help.
If you had saved the game with your email address at some point, then the levels should be saved on your King account.
Simply log back in to your King account instead of Facebook to get the levels back. If you can't remember the password on your account, please tap the link below the password field to reset it.
If someone else used your device and the game got connected to their account instead, you will need to log them out and then log back in to your account in the game. Tap 'My Profile' in the game and log out in the bottom of the page to disconnect the account from the game.
If the connection to someone else's Facebook account stays stuck even though you have disconnected them, please go here to force the game to connect to your account instead.
Do you have the game saved on your old device and just need to transfer it over to your new phone or tablet? In this case check out the page here to sync the levels over to your new device.
If the game wasn't saved on any account, Player Support can restore your levels manually.
First make sure the game is connected to the Facebook or King account that you want to use in the game from now on.Then head over to the Settings in the game and Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page. Send an email to Player Support from there so they can help you you and manually restore the levels.
Please remember to mention what level you were on so Player Support can restore the game right away.
@tanquang Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices the only thing that will sync is you levels and gold bars if you have saved you game with a ~Facebook or King account. Boosters and lives are not transferable.
The bonus features in the game are not available to everyone they are given to groups of randomly selected people, nobody gets all the features. they are also device specific so you can have a feature on one device but not another. So this just means your not in the group for that feature on this device but you can be again in the future.
Features also do not transfer from one device to another, so your master trophy will not continue on your new device. You will need to start it again ands the same with the daily treat calendar, your days do not transfer over

Aw... Boosters item not synchronized? Is that why I lost all boosters item after logging in on a new device? This is unfortunate because it took a lot of time and effort to obtain them and use them sparingly.
Bonus that I am talking about is the Trophy Bonus, 4 grades are Bronze - Silver - Gold and Master (with a very big diamond shape) get every 15 level if you pass there level with Golden Crown or Sugar Star. Even though the Trophy numbers I have collected are still synchronized but the bonuses from them didn't work, that's why I got them but didn't receive the bonus!
Yes, I remember that on my old device, the last time I saw it, my account was level 8.
