• For days stuck on here and told by king.com all was well. It’s passable. then wake up and it’s changed from 20 to 35 moves. couldn’t make it up. If it’s got 20 moves, leave it. It’s not tested.

• 12265. Firstly it’s not even down as hard. secondly, you can’t get anywhere near half completing it. Nowhere near. then we are told it’s tested and possible and all is well. if you have to come on forums and complain for 3 or 4 levels out of 15, you have an issue. king.com have an issue. It’s ruining what was a good game.

• People say they are watching but nothing seems to change at the minute. poorly developed or poorly tested every week I’m afraid. I was in a email loop with Mimi and Vyc the other day regarding a level. They were adamant it was ok. It clearly wasn’t but they row the king.com line. That night it went from 20 moves to 28.…

• 12247 is an unfunny joke. You need more than 30 moves easily. Tried it many times today but got nowhere near. Has anyone actually come close without using gold bars.

• I’m afraid it’s all about the money for king.com now. customer service and satisfaction is close to zero for the people who have played from day 1. if they cannot test an£ release passable levels. Reduce the numbers of releases each week. They clearly are either not good at developing and testing or want to rip you off.…
