Yeah I would but be careful to save your progress as you don’t want to start from level 0 all over again there has to be a way around it maybe try reinstalling you’re Facebook app first then logging out of Cc and logging in again only this time through Facebook.it maybe something to do with your e mail address I’m thinking…

Did you try logging in to candy crush or whatever game it is you are playing threw Facebook hopefully that should link it up for you

It could be a problem with your internet provider or mobile network I would go to settings and try it with my mobile data on to see if that helps

This has happened me a lot too.. I was up to level 3000s and all my progress seemed to disappear ... I’ve noticed if you do not have Your fb account active and open at the same time as your candy crush tab it will not link up, sometimes clicking on your profile and hitting refresh works as does closing then reopening both…
