Repeatedly vanishing piggy bank and hung link to Special Offer
I have written several times (with a screenshot) in the Piggy Bank thread, without a response or solution. Multiple logging out and device restarts do nothing. I’m at Level 5460, so I feel I have earned a response! New problem today, with the same failure of usual fixes. Clicking on Open for the Special Offer gets this…

Special Offer appeared only once.
Early on 23 November (US time) a Special Offer appeared. $24.95 with the usual boosters and bars, but with a special 6 hour bonus playing time. It did not give a timeframe, so I left it until now (late 23 November US time), but it's nowhere to be seen?

Lives only refill to 1.
I play both mobile and desktop Candy Crush (Level 1278) but for the last 2-3 days, on my desktop the Lives refill to only 1 after 2+ hours away from the game, despite saying Full. Mobile works fine. Both are latest versions.
