Lack of Customer Care.
I have spent actual money on over 30 boosters each (as in each one was over 30!!) And switched phones. I understand where it says they are non transferable etc. But absolutely no where does it say "if you play on another phone your hard earned money is completely wasted." I'm not even talking only $10 here and there…
