Lack of Customer Care.

I have spent actual money on over 30 boosters each (as in each one was over 30!!) And switched phones. I understand where it says they are non transferable etc. But absolutely no where does it say "if you play on another phone your hard earned money is completely wasted." I'm not even talking only $10 here and there either. I just got this game 3 weeks ago and probably spent over $100 already. I expect a refund of my money or my boosters and gold bars returned. You make a game people spend money on and screw enough of them over with poor explanations, someone will eventually sue you, and win because your description in game and off is not sufficient to cover what you're doing, which is basically stealing from your own customers.
