Candy Crush Frozen screen is stopping me playing! - Edited by CM: Under investigation!
Since yesterday afternoon I have been unable to play Candy Crush Saga as the play screen is blocked out. Why has this happened and how can it be resolved. Why has there been no notification about it? I have attached a screen shot of the game screen.

I have just finished Level 3530 in Candy Crush on Facebook.
It states there are new levels coming but I am at the end. How can this be when there are Tutorials on You Tube for other levels ? has the game ended ?
