lost all levels
so I am now playing microsoft windows 10. there is no where to sign in and had to create an account for x box. This is really new to me and am not sure if i did the right thing. I have to start all over. I was playing King on desktop. Is there a way to get back to level 1333? or am I just having to start all over again?

still no prizes in candy crush
so this morning I landed on a hand. clicked accept and it was not on my game. I started a new level today and completed what was needed in the candy jar. daily boosters
my daily boosters are not being added to my game after the wheel spins. This has been going on for about a week now.

still not able to receive daily wheel bonus.
I actually tried it from another computer to see if it would work. I spun the wheel landed on a color bomb. I clicked on accept and it did not transfer over to my game. All of my awards are at a zero. This is getting frustrating.

not able to receive bonus prize
during the beginning of a new game, when you collect enough sugar drops i received a coconut wheel and a gold bar. I accepted it and it did not move over. I am still at zero. I did refresh the page and it did nothing.
