Cloud climb
So the other day I had a problem with power pop and now that feature has completely disappeared for me. now I have cloud climb problems, repeatedly. I win and collect my items but they are not given to me during game play. Anyone else have this issue?

What is happening with the power pop?
We shouldn’t be allowed to try to use it if it doesn’t work on a certain level, and if it doesn’t help at all we shouldn’t lose credit when passing the level. I’ve tried restarting the game and everything, but I’m getting no help. This happens every attempt. I wasted gold bars to use this on this abysmal level too. I took…

During game play, I lost all my events I was progressing on
I was in the middle of a game, and selected my new chocolate box challenge. The game crashed and when I reopened it, this is all I have to play with. No fantastic five, no chocolate box, it’s missing a lot. Tried logging out and back in, no dice. Help?

Are these supposed to last three turns, or three levels? mine are only lasting one attempt.

Where are my friends?
I’ve been playing forever and never had this happen. When I used up my lives, I always “ask friends” for help, but now it says I don’t have any but I can add them. I don’t use social media. What happened?
