No connection error
II am unable to log into my account on this device as get an error saying not connected to Internet or no connection. II have made sure phone is up to date. Game is up to date. Cleared both cache and browser and restarted the phone but still unable to log in. Phone us android 6.0 . Help

Candy royale reward not recieveg
Yesterday i posted advising i had won Candy Royale and won 100 gold bars. I DID NOT recieve the reward. I have emailed customer care without success and hoping a CM can assis here.

Win streak missing
My win streak had been reinstated after all the issues yesterday 7th November 2024 but mid game it suddenly dissapeared again. Do we have the same fault again?

Fault with Candy Royale!!
I played and won 12 levels of candy royale and won 100 gold bars. I DID NOT receive the reward. Can you please give me the reward i earned!!! There are so many faults with this game at the moment.

I am playing on a different account and have reached level 441. So far I do not have events such as Candy Royal or sweet cinema, is there a reason for this?

165 levels in 12hrs
Looking at the leader board for the weekly challenge I noticed a player had played and passed 165 levels in 12 hours. Is this possible?

Level 15753
This level is impossible to pass without loads of boosters and extra moves. I have watched all the tutorials and they to need all the extras. Come on King sort this out
