Yesterday i posted advising i had won Candy Royale and won 100 gold bars. I DID NOT recieve the reward. I have emailed customer care without success and hoping a CM can assis here.
I have contacted customer support more than once regarding this and all i received is a automated response. I have tried repeatedly to reply without success. All these faults really undermine the integrity of the game. How else can i resolved this?
