now all my cyan is missing... I was first in my league with over 8000 and now im down to 0 first all my gold now this??????? Please let me know what I should do or who to talk too,,,, this is bogus

i had over 275 gold and now i only have 50, I havent reinstalled or done anything,,,, this is so upsetting

unusual items on the screen
when i go to play my gameboard has unusual items and doesnt make sense. its almost like my screen is using a different form. doesnt make sense. i have tried to uninstall and install again and it works for awhile then it happens again?????

level 2018 ridiculously hard
level 2018 is ridiculously hard, ive wasted all my lives for the day and i refuse to pay anymore, ive put so much money into this game and this one is ridiculous.... I checked the video and its not even the same ..... please advise of any tips or free lives

some of the help videos dont match up with the corresponding level... I need help with level 1881 badly and the actual game board is not the same Why is that? and how can i get some free lives from time to time... i ask friends but it doesnt help
