what is going on with the game….I was likeon a 3000 level then the next ting a new game starts at one….then the next day when I play again it starts all over again to game one????? just stupid not much fun …not liking this game anymore

why are the profile pictures gone? what happened to the bonus wheels? and why can't we ask friends for lives???? just seem like this game and pet saga just went lame….is this just a snag or will it always be like this noe…..thank you
