This level cannot be won. There are keys that go along a track, there are only 20 moves given and you need at least 30 moves for all keys to move along the track to unlock blocks for dragons to make it home. It cannot be won
I was in the middle of a candy royal, with 2 levels to go. The game glitches out and it threw me out of the race
