Losing sound every time I leave the app.
I’ve already posted about this problem, but as yet have received no feedback. I am playing on an iPhone XR. Every time I finish a game, I leave the app to check out tips to pass the next level on You Tube. When I resume play in Candy Crush, I have no sound. Why do I keep losing sound when I initiate play?
When I close and open the app sound will stop working. If I restart my phone it fixes it the first time I open the app, but when I close and open it again, the sound stops working.

Boosters and levels.
If I were to delete and reinstall the candy crush saga app to try fix an issue I’m having with sound, would I lose all my boosters, and/or levels?
